I ordered in late February, got a tracking number, but it was never updated. When I emailed Brigitta to ask for an update she responded within in an hour, and by the next day a replacement order was shipped. I received the plants today and they were packed perfectly, with helpful notes on their care, and looked great. I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks Brigitta!

The prices on this site are phenomenal. I can't wait to get my latest order. Yes, you have to give her a minute. The word is out on this site and she is working her fastest to fulfill her numerous orders. But you can look up YouTube videos of her greenhouse posted by visitors. She is a very nice lady, doing what no other growers are doing and that is getting these plants into as many hands as possible by offering them at extremely low prices. That alone is going to keep me coming back year after year! That is a TRUE plant lover; someone more concerned with the survival of these species, rather than their selfish profit. Thank you, Brigitte. If only others would follow your example.

I received my plant after one month. I was super excited! packaged well and no damage. Although I didn't get a response she did send me a beautiful plant! Thank you, I will be ordering again! Now I know you just have to wait a little bit longer then the 2 week shipping. No big deal though!

I've received 2 orders from ET and both of them arrived beautifully. The Colocasia "blue coral" that I ordered is thriving and has already pushed out 2 new leaves in the past month. The anthurium veitchii that I got a couple weeks ago looks great as well. Both were good size plants, and you can't beat the price. I was impressed with the plant quality through shipping considering I live in Oregon. Just ordered for the third time a variegated philodendron and am so excited! Thank you Brigitta!

I just want to say that I become more and more disgusted every day with this sorry excuse for a human, the more she ignores me the more angry I get. Does she not speak English? Does she simply not have the plants shes offering? Who knows! She definitely wont tell you! All I know as of now is that she has $23 of my money. It's not a lot of money, but its enough to piss me off just knowing she basically stole it from me. Pretty sure she doesn't grow the plants shes offering because some require special attention, and she cant even tend to her emails.

Update to Order #6740245. Positive outcome: ET/Brigit responded to my email Tuesday, June 4 that the order had shipped a long time ago, but would check on what happened. Later that day she emailed again saying that she found no shipment confirmation, so she filled my order and sent a USPS tracking for the shipment. She indicated that they were busy and she was out of town for a couple of weeks, so I suppose that is why I did not receive communication. I thanked her for contacting me and taking care of it because I was concerned about not receiving the order or communication replies. I received my plants on June 6. They were packaged well, in good condition and the orchids were staked. The pomegranate was a little smaller than I expected, but it looks good. I am relieved and excited to get my plants and I will enjoy them. I have given them some TLC after shipping and they are settling in to their new home. I would say that ET is a good shop, since she got back with me to solve the shipping problem and I have now received the plants that I purchased.

My credit card was charged on May 17, but I have not received any plants or communication regarding the status of the order: It is weeks past the “7-14 day shipping" agreement with no communication from ET since my first email to confirm that a plant I was looking for was in stock. I sent emails and made phone calls as to if the order went through or when the plants would ship. I found that my card was charged, but I have not received the plants. I sent another email yesterday, June 1 2019, with the order copy, details, and request to call or email to resolve. At this point, a refund is most appropriate. I am so disappointed. It seemed like a good shop/seller. I will update the comment with hopefully a positive outcome, if this problem is resolved soon.

Purchased a Black Bat and White Bat. Plants arrived healthy, large, and extremely well packaged. BY FAR the best price I have seen for these anywhere else. Other places sell the rhizomes for more than these starter plants go for here. Customer service was excellent! You've definitely earned a repeat customer!
