We do not ship plants when temperatures are below freezing .. We check temperatures several times a week . Just as soon as we have a window of 2 -3 days with acceptable temps, en route and at destination , we will ship your plants right away.
CHANGES FOR 2018:
Since USPS raised shipping charges multiple times in the last 2 years, in order to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible, we've decided to ship most plants out of their pots, some soil removed and pack roots moist. There are few plants that do not tolerate this procedure. Those plants will ship in their pots.
USUALLY WE SHIP VIA USPS PRIORITY SERVICE- 2-3 DAYS TRANSIT ANYWHERE IN THE US.
IF YOU'D RATHER HAVE YOUR PLANTS SHIPPED VIA UPS OR FEDEX- JUST LET US KNOW. WE SHIP FROM FLORIDA- WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ASKING FOR UPS OR FEDEX GROUND SERVICE TO THE WEST COAST- IT WOULD BE 5 BUSINESS DAYS TRANSIT - WHICH IS TOO LONG FOR SOME PLANTS.
We ship plants on :
Monday & Tuesday to the West coast ( USPS Priority)
Tue- -Wed rest of the country ( USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx)
Your order will be shipped in 7-14 days **. We do our best to ship sooner if we can.
** If it is winter time or very early spring- some plants might not have broken dormancy yet. This can delay shipping with some days ( we do not ship plants in dormant state unless requested)
USPS Priority Service takes 1-4 days to arrive . East coast 1-2 days- West Coast 2-4 days incl. Hawaii
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES: Estimates ONLY- depending on country , number of plants & weight - it is possible that shipping charge needs to be adjusted up or down max 20%. We know exact shipping charge once plants are packed. No upcharge.
We pack plants with great care- but if there is a problem- please contact us right away ( 352 629 2180) or email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix it.
